About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA services while collaborating closely with families, staff, and interdisciplinary partners to support meaningful and lasting progress for our clients.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct functional behavior and skill-based assessments
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans
- Use data-driven decision-making to guide clinical care
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs and support staff
- Partner with families, caregivers, and schools to support client success
- Ensure ethical, professional, and BACB-compliant practice
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification (BACB)
- Medicaid credentialing preferred
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills
