Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA services while collaborating closely with families, staff, and interdisciplinary partners to support meaningful and lasting progress for our clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct functional behavior and skill-based assessments
  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Use data-driven decision-making to guide clinical care
  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs and support staff
  • Partner with families, caregivers, and schools to support client success
  • Ensure ethical, professional, and BACB-compliant practice
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification (BACB)
  • Medicaid credentialing preferred
  • Bilingual skills a plus
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills
