Occupational Therapist (OT)

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to support students in developing the skills needed for independence in daily activities. This role focuses on helping students build fine motor, sensory, and functional life skills through individualized, evidence-based therapy while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary team members.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct evaluations to assess fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
  • Provide direct therapy services to improve independence in school and daily routines
  • Support development of sensory regulation, motor coordination, and self-care skills
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions using data and clinical observation
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and clinical staff to support skill carryover
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Participating in team meetings, training, and professional development

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
  • Bilingual skills a plus
  • Strong clinical, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to ethical, student-centered care
