About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to support students in developing strength, mobility, coordination, and independence. This role focuses on providing individualized, evidence-based therapy services while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary team members to promote meaningful progress in daily functioning.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct evaluations to assess motor skills, strength, balance, and functional mobility
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Provide direct therapy services focused on improving movement, coordination, and independence
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions using data and clinical observation
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and clinical staff to support carryover of skills
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participating in team meetings, training, and professional development
What We’re Looking For
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Strong clinical, communication, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to patient-centered, ethical care
