Physical Therapist (PT)

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to support students in developing strength, mobility, coordination, and independence. This role focuses on providing individualized, evidence-based therapy services while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary team members to promote meaningful progress in daily functioning.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct evaluations to assess motor skills, strength, balance, and functional mobility
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
  • Provide direct therapy services focused on improving movement, coordination, and independence
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions using data and clinical observation
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and clinical staff to support carryover of skills
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Participating in team meetings, training, and professional development

What We’re Looking For

  • Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
  • Bilingual skills a plus
  • Strong clinical, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered, ethical care
