About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct, one-on-one ABA services to clients. RBTs work under the supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA and play a vital role in helping clients build skills, increase independence, and experience meaningful progress.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver ABA therapy sessions based on individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior intervention strategies to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors
- Collect accurate data during each session to track client progress
- Build positive, supportive relationships with clients and families
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members during meetings and trainings
- Maintain a safe, ethical, and respectful therapeutic environment
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current RBT certification preferred
- Willingness to complete RBT certification (40-hour training and exam) if not yet certified
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to client-centered care
- Ability to follow treatment plans and clinical guidance
