Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct, one-on-one ABA services to clients. RBTs work under the supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA and play a vital role in helping clients build skills, increase independence, and experience meaningful progress.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver ABA therapy sessions based on individualized treatment plans
  • Implement behavior intervention strategies to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors
  • Collect accurate data during each session to track client progress
  • Build positive, supportive relationships with clients and families
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members during meetings and trainings
  • Maintain a safe, ethical, and respectful therapeutic environment

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current RBT certification preferred
  • Willingness to complete RBT certification (40-hour training and exam) if not yet certified
  • Bilingual skills a plus
  • Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a commitment to client-centered care
  • Ability to follow treatment plans and clinical guidance
