About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our center. This role plays an important part in creating a welcoming environment for families, students, and staff while supporting the day-to-day administrative operations.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist families, students, and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct communication appropriately
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed
- Maintain organized front office systems, files, and documentation
- Support intake processes, including collecting and verifying information
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and office coordination
- Collaborate with clinical and educational staff to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role preferred
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
