Receptionist

About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our center. This role plays an important part in creating a welcoming environment for families, students, and staff while supporting the day-to-day administrative operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet and assist families, students, and visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct communication appropriately
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed
  • Maintain organized front office systems, files, and documentation
  • Support intake processes, including collecting and verifying information
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks and office coordination
  • Collaborate with clinical and educational staff to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role preferred
  • Bilingual skills a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
