Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in developing communication, language, and social interaction skills. This role focuses on providing individualized, evidence-based therapy while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary team members to support meaningful progress in daily communication and overall development.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct evaluations to assess speech, language, and communication skills
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
  • Provide direct therapy services to support expressive, receptive, and social communication
  • Address articulation, language development, and pragmatic (social) skills
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions using data and clinical observation
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and clinical staff to support skill carryover
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Participating in team meetings, training, and professional development

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
  • Bilingual skills a plus
  • Strong clinical, communication, and collaboration skills
