About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Teacher to support students with diverse learning needs through individualized, student-centered instruction. At Kaleidoscope, we believe that if a child learns differently, our approach should adapt to meet them where they are. This role focuses on fostering academic, social, and emotional growth within a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver individualized lessons that reflect diverse learning styles and abilities
- Adapt curriculum, instructional methods, and materials to support student engagement and success
- Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
- Implement behavior support and treatment plans in collaboration with clinical staff
- Provide instruction in academic content, life skills, and social development
- Monitor student progress and adjust instruction based on data and observation
- Collaborate with clinical team members, families, and caregivers
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and program events
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution or
- Experience working with students with developmental, behavioral, or learning differences
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to student-centered learning
