About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Teacher to support students with diverse learning needs through individualized, student-centered instruction. At Kaleidoscope, we believe that if a child learns differently, our approach should adapt to meet them where they are. This role focuses on fostering academic, social, and emotional growth within a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and deliver individualized lessons that reflect diverse learning styles and abilities
  • Adapt curriculum, instructional methods, and materials to support student engagement and success
  • Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Implement behavior support and treatment plans in collaboration with clinical staff
  • Provide instruction in academic content, life skills, and social development
  • Monitor student progress and adjust instruction based on data and observation
  • Collaborate with clinical team members, families, and caregivers
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and program events

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution or
  • Experience working with students with developmental, behavioral, or learning differences
  • Bilingual skills a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to student-centered learning
