Janibal Vazquez is a Founding Member and Chief Executive Officer of Kaleidoscope Learning Center and Kaleidoscope Therapy Solutions, bringing more than two decades of executive leadership experience across military service, operations, and business management.
He served 12 years in the United States Army as a Paratrooper Infantry Soldier, achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant (SSG) and leading teams through multiple overseas deployments. His military leadership experience established a foundation of discipline, accountability, strategic decision-making, and mission-focused leadership, principles that continue to guide his executive approach.
Following his military service, Janibal held senior leadership roles in global security operations, whereas a senior leader he managed day-to-day operational oversight of large-scale security programs, supervising more than 500 employees—including senior supervisors and management teams responsible for the safety and security of military personnel and civilians across multiple overseas military installations. In this role, he was responsible for operational planning, budgeting, payroll administration, and business management of programs exceeding $25 million in annual operating budgets.
He later served as Facility Manager with District Property Management in The Villages, where he directed complex operational environments, managed multidisciplinary teams, and oversaw multimillion-dollar facilities, infrastructure, and operational assets.
Janibal holds two bachelor’s degrees one in Business Administration and one in Information Technology and is fluent in English and Spanish. As CEO, he leads Kaleidoscope with a strategic, mission-driven vision focused on operational excellence, organizational growth, financial stewardship, and delivering high-quality, student-centered outcomes across both educational and therapeutic services.
