Haley Haines, M.A., BCBA, is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and the Clinical Director of Kaleidoscope Therapy Solutions. With more than eight years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Haley is dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and young adults develop the skills they need to lead more independent, meaningful, and fulfilling lives. Her passion for supporting individuals with diverse learning and developmental needs serves as the foundation of her clinical approach and leadership.
Throughout her career, Haley has worked with individuals between the ages of 2 and 21 in a variety of clinical, educational, and community-based settings. Her professional journey reflects a deep understanding of ABA services at every level, having advanced through multiple roles within the field. Haley began her career as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), later earned her certification as a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), and has served as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the past four years. This progression has provided her with valuable insight into both direct service delivery and clinical leadership.
Haley earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Healthcare with a minor in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Florida. She continued her education by obtaining a Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas. Her academic training, combined with extensive clinical experience, has equipped her with expertise in behavioral assessment, individualized treatment planning, caregiver collaboration, staff supervision, and program development.
Over the years, Haley has provided evidence-based services to individuals with a variety of diagnoses and support needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Down syndrome, Intermittent Explosive Disorder, and other developmental, behavioral, and social challenges. She is committed to creating individualized treatment plans that focus on meaningful goals, functional skill development, and long-term success for both clients and their families.
