Jennifer Haines, M.Ed., is the Director and Chief Operating Officer of Kaleidoscope Learning Center. She founded Kaleidoscope with a simple yet powerful belief: when students are provided with encouragement, individualized support, and the right tools, every child has the ability to learn, grow, and succeed. Her passion for education and commitment to ensuring that all students have access to meaningful learning opportunities serve as the foundation of Kaleidoscope’s mission and vision.
Jennifer earned her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education (K–6) with an ESOL Endorsement from Saint Leo University. Driven by her desire to make a broader impact on students, families, and educators, she continued her studies and earned a master’s degree in educational leadership, also from Saint Leo University. Throughout her academic and professional career, Jennifer has remained dedicated to supporting diverse learners and creating environments where all children can thrive.
With more than 15 years of experience in public education, Jennifer served the Sumter County School District in a variety of leadership and instructional roles. Her career included positions as a Kindergarten Teacher, Exceptional Student Education (ESE) Teacher, Assistant Principal, and Assistant Principal of the district’s alternative school. She also oversaw the county-wide virtual education program and facilitated numerous professional development trainings for educators across the district. These experiences provided her with a comprehensive understanding of educational leadership, curriculum development, student support services, and the unique needs of learners from diverse backgrounds.
Following her work in public education, Jennifer expanded her leadership experience by overseeing multiple private school campuses. In these roles, she successfully managed school operations, supported faculty development, enhanced academic programming, and strengthened relationships between schools and families. Her ability to combine educational expertise with compassionate leadership allowed her to create positive learning environments that prioritized student success and family engagement.
Jennifer’s lifelong passion for education and her unwavering commitment to helping children discover a love for learning ultimately inspired her to establish Kaleidoscope Learning Center. She envisioned a place where students of all abilities could receive support, build confidence, and develop the skills necessary for lifelong success.
Today, Jennifer’s extensive educational experience, strong leadership background, and genuine love for children guide every aspect of the organization. Under her direction, Kaleidoscope Learning Center remains focused on empowering students, supporting families, and creating opportunities for every learner to reach their fullest potential.
