Michelle Lee serves as the Director of Family & Community Partnerships at Kaleidoscope Learning Center & Therapy Solutions, where she is passionate about creating meaningful connections between students, families, educators, and the community. In this role, she works to strengthen relationships, foster engagement, and ensure that every family feels welcomed, informed, and supported throughout their journey with Kaleidoscope.
Michelle earned her Associate of Arts degree from Seminole State College and brings a unique combination of professional experience, organizational leadership, and personal passion to her work. She is dedicated to building partnerships that enrich the educational experience for students while creating opportunities for families to feel connected and involved within the Kaleidoscope community.
As the parent of a child on the autism spectrum, Michelle has firsthand experience navigating the challenges, triumphs, and advocacy efforts that many families encounter. This personal perspective fuels her commitment to supporting families with empathy, understanding, and compassion. She believes that strong family-school partnerships are essential to student success and works tirelessly to ensure that every family has access to the resources, support, and encouragement they need.
Michelle is also the driving force behind many of Kaleidoscope’s events, community outreach initiatives, and family engagement programs. She enjoys creating welcoming and impactful experiences that bring people together while highlighting the mission and values of the organization. Her attention to detail, creativity, and dedication help ensure that every event and partnership reflects the caring and inclusive culture that defines Kaleidoscope.
